You have a say in your experience. My role as your trainer is to take a stance of openness, curiosity, and compassion as we collaborate on your relationship with movement and your body. The existing culture around fitness can be a harmful space when the appearance of hard work or the worth of cosmetic differences is prioritized over being connected to your body during movement and exercise. My knowledge is here to support and guide you as you move through a session.

What I Offer

1:1 Personal Training


In person and virtual with options for session lengths that fit your needs. Sessions are tailored to support your goals.

Sliding Scale available on a limited basis.

Trauma Informed Personal Training

An approach that recognizes the impacts of trauma on the body, how it may present in an exercise setting, and honors your nervous system as you explore movement.

Buddy Sessions

2 Participants using the same session to engage in their own individual programs (or do a partner workout!). Workout with a friend, partner, parent, etc!

Small Group Strength Training

Up to 4 participants per class to allow for a more individualized experience. You’ll get to explore dynamic mobility, play, power development, and strength training.

Remote Coaching

I write your program and you do it on your own with guidance from me. Option to use as add on to 1:1 sessions. No length commitment required.

Animal Flow Classes

Ground based system of movement flow that develops coordination, proprioception, and strength using just your body.
